8+ years’ experience with business requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.

5+ years’ experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

2+ years’ experience in organizational change management that includes documentation of change management planning, communicating change to stakeholders, providing support during the transition, and monitoring the progress of the change implementation.

Experience with financial analysis, including the ability to apply complex accounting principles, a working knowledge of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.

Experience with analyzing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.

Experience working within a structured Project Management environment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Certification(s) from the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), based on the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge).

Experience with standard principles of accounting, such as GAAP or International Financial Reporting Standards

Experience using the Florida Accounting and Information Resource (FLAIR) system or other enterprise accounting systems

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and/or PHP

Experience with UML (Unified Modelling Language).

Familiarity with Agile development, specifically Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban.
