We are looking  for a  frontend integration engineer interested in :

●    Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance

●    Collaboration with UI Engineering team to integrate Agent Assist UI Modules into enterprise customers’ Agent Desktop (frontend UI system).

●    Bringing customers’ challenges first hand to the UI Engineering team to improve on the product feature.

●    Authoring UI integration playbook to scale for more integration needs.

Minimum Qualifications

You must meet these  minimum qualifications to apply for this job:

●    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

●    Experience with frontend development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS

●    Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js

●    Familiarity with web standards and web security including iFrames, browser contexts, CORS, XSS, etc.

●    Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

●    5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

●    5 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and/or API

development.

Preferred Qualifications

Having as many  of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable  skills/experiences  may

be  equally valuable:

●    Salesforce SFDC development background.

●    Canvas app (familiarity with adding canvas applications to SalesForce).

●    Familiarity with integrating with other Agent Desktop applications: Genesys WWE, Genesys Cloud, Zendesk, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Five9, Twilio.

●    Familiarity with Web Components and/or frontend frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)

●    Good communication and collaboration skills.

●    The will and ability to learn are the key.
