REQUIREMENTS- 

We are looking for 2 Ab Initio Developers to join our Healthcare Insurance client. This will be a 1-year contract and will be fully remote work from home. 

This platform engineering team supports the Medicaid and medicare data for members. This team is working on transitioning clinical applications in Ab Initio into a containerized Ab Initio solution in the cloud. This person will be responsible for the coding to support this effort. There are a few clinical applications that aren't in Ab Initio yet and may need to be moved into Ab Initio in the future. 

We are looking for an Ab Initio Developer who has strong cloud experience. Ideally, a candidate should have Cloud Native and/or GCP (Google Cloud Platform) experience but if they don't AWS or Azure would be fine. Strong containerization and Kubernetes are also highly desired. 

This team is currently working on the newest version of Ab Initio EME (Enterprise Meta Environment), which prior experience is highly desired. A strong background in Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL, AIX and DB2 is necessary for this role. Any experience with Hive is a plus!
