• Set up processes and infrastructure for International Customer Success Unit (ICSU) to do joint planning with 145 Global Account teams, including by subsidiary Teams channels, Excel or Word doc templates for consolidating business insights, learnings, and requests from upstream and downstream teams.
• Manage rhythm of business to facilitate fruitful discussions and dialogue, and business reviews between iCSU and the 145 GA account teams and subsidiaries, including meeting set-up, preparation, consolidate and follow up on action items.
• Gather data and business insights that help the joint planning and business review discussions.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects when needed.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing technologies, selling processes and consumption and Support delivery processes.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 2-4 years experience required.
