o   3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality.

o   5+ years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

o   5+ years of experience writing test plans and use cases.

o   Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
