Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Define project deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Allocate and manage project resources, including project team members, consultants, and vendors. Ensure that team members have the necessary skills and tools to complete their tasks effectively.
Create and monitor project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and remain within the established budget constraints.
Establish clear communication channels with project stakeholders, including executives, business users, and project team members. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.
Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to best practices in SAP implementation.
Work closely with change management teams to address organizational change challenges associated with SAP projects, including user training and adoption.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and any other project-related artifacts.
If applicable, oversee and manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants involved in the project.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of the project, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned for future projects.
Must have Experience on MES Business Logic, Data, Visualization services, Web scripting in MII, and integration knowledge with SAP ECC Ability to write SQL Server, HANA, or Oracle databases
Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, XML, XSL, HTML, and CSS
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
Experience in budget management and financial acumen.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. SAP MES Experience is preferred.
