• Drive a multi-faceted project delivery for the Skills/Talent Mobility/Talent Marketplace effort.
• Utilize skills ontology to assign skills and proficiency levels to jobs/roles.
• Enable employees to assess and address skill gaps through developmental options.
• Provide visibility into open roles for employees to apply.
