JOB DETAIL

  1. Lead experience and able to handle team member of 2-3 ppl (onshore-offshore team)
  2. Strong Experience with integration testing
  3. Automation knowledge (e.g.: UIPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
  4. Performance testing exp (e.g. Jmeter)
  5. During each sprint : automation of test cases
  6. During regression phase this team member will help in execution of test cases which are not automated
  7. Willing to do Manual testing in early cycle of project
  8. Day-to-day in-sprint testing of stories
  9. Making sure test cases are up to date and ready for automation team to pickup
  10. Good problem-solving skills
  11. Experience handling / working in multiple scrum teams.
  12. Able to handle pressure situation
  13. Thinking out of box for process improvement, automation, performance, onshore-offshore team coordination, etc.
  14. In-short Full stack QA
