- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant work experience
- In-Depth Knowledge of Technical Implementation of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD etc.)
- Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Experience in IT Asset Management processes
- Experience in Cloud Administration
- Experience with CSM module and implementation
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
