About the Position:

 

As a Marketing Data Analyst working remotely, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our marketing strategies. This role stands out from traditional analytics positions, requiring specialized expertise, particularly in advertising and media. Your proficiency in designing tests, specifically AB tests, and your ability to determine optimal test volumes will be essential to success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•           Analyze performance trends, identify triggers, and monitor key metrics.

•           Develop compelling narratives using data to guide decision-making.

•           Design and execute AB tests, ensuring statistical significance.

•           Determine appropriate test volumes for impactful results.

•           Present data-driven insights to leadership through effective presentations.

•           Create reports, charts, and visual aids to communicate results clearly.

 

Desired Skills:

 

•           Expert in SQL; familiarity with Python, Databricks, Tableau, and Snowflake is advantageous.

•           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•           Statistical background, particularly in A/B testing.

•           Paramount experience in advertising/media.

•           5+ years in marketing analytics with a focus on performance measurement.

•           Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

•           Proactive with the ability to handle quick ad-hoc requests.

 

Qualifications:

 

•           Relevant degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field.

•           5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a subscription-based business.

•           Team player with effective collaboration skills.

•           Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
