JOB DETAIL

The ERP Manager / Product Owner is responsible for our Finance & Operations Product and serves as a liaison between (8) lines of business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with business needs. This role identifies, defines, and documents business processes and software requirements. This role represents business needs and priorities, prioritizes, and manages the product backlog, and incorporates feedback from business stakeholders to guide continuous product improvement. The incumbent, as the product owner, will work towards making the product backlog transparent, visible, and understood with an overall objective of increasing product value.

Experience & Education Requirements:

•    A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 8-10 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. 
•    Prior experience in designing and implementing business solutions together with integrations and migrations 
•    Product owner certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus. 
•    Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management and related modules 
•    ADP or Epicor is beneficial. 
•    Familiarity with EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, etc.)
•    Ability to understand complex business problems and experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders. 
•    Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations, and policies of a new business area. 
•    Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills. 
•    Demonstrated ability to engage and influence both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes. 
•    Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers. 
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing. 
•    Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation, use case, story and acceptance criteria. 
•    Proven Project Management skills and ability to initiate, plan and execute projects. 
•    Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills. 
•    Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies and hands on with Azure DevOps.
