1.         Must be strong in Mainframe Batch, COBOL, JCL, FILE-AID, SYNCSORT.

2.         Strong programming/coding background on COBOL/JCL/File handling. 

3.         Reverse engineering COBOL application programs and document specifications/business requirements. 

4.         Parenting with application SME and technology team to review the business requirements.

5.         Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 

6.         Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
