As a Global Functional Lead/Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners/Product Managers to define the functional requirements, conduct discovery sessions, gather customer requirements, and document and present to stakeholders while supporting the Global eCommerce Platform strategy.
You will work closely with both the Product Owners/Product Managers and PDO teams and be a liaison to translate the business requirements to delivery teams to deliver improved shop and buy user journeys.
Position Duties:
Seeking enthusiastic Business and Functional Analyst with Proficiency to talk in functional & data terms to product owners and the stakeholders.
Leadership skills to manage ad-hoc analysis or design deep dives.
Understanding the Agile development lifecycle and working experience with PDO teams
Defining and documenting the data exchange in an API/Microservices architecture space
Documenting technical solution and experience flows using various collaboration tools like Visio, Miro etc
