Human Resources Representative: Provides support and project support to HRBP and BG (Finance, Legal and People). Serves as a operational contact for HR questions and processes for assigned Business groups. Provides expertise in Visier and Employee Central. Maintains documentation and workflows related to employee changes and support HRBP with strategic initiatives. Generates letters and tracks and maintains activities in adobe sign.

Ensures HR Records is aware of any urgent processing of workflows. Maintains and distributes bi weekly reporting related to BG leaders. Performs other duties as assigned.
