JOB DETAIL

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for complex Order Management System (OMS) projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solutions.
  • Architect and oversee the integration of OMS with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Provide expertise in OMS configuration, customization, and optimization to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough system analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define and document technical specifications, guidelines, and best practices for OMS implementation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to OMS and recommend innovations that can drive efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to development teams and participating in the resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower users and support ongoing OMS knowledge transfer.
  • Instigating, analyzing, and evaluating various alternatives and arriving at the best technology solution to solve specific business problems.
  • Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the software to project stakeholders
  • Defining features, phases, system components, interfaces, integration points, and solution requirements
  • Providing technical direction, oversight of technical design, effort estimation, and delivery of all OMS IT projects
  • Resolving any technical issues that may arise
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines
  • Staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical constraints.
