• Coordination/design work related to executive presentations/desks -
• Largely what they're looking for - Nov is where they have multiple presentations due - that had a lot of coordination - 6hr straight workings sessions - someone who can handle chaotic high pressure situations - switching directions fast - deliver on time
• There's times when it's not like that - a chiller project where'll they'll help design and help tell stories through a deck
• Design element/helping with story telling
• PowerPoint 90% - they can use other deign programs to lean on
• Management/organization
• Organize meetings
• The ability to see the big picture
• Within a reasonable driving distance - tri state - hybrid - won't be 2 days a week consistently
• If they have access to adobe that's okay - cava
• Pharma industry - financial industry - does not need to be in pharma     
• Someone mid level career - must be seasoned to handle chaotic situations - most of the job will be doing presentations/slide desks/taking notes in meetings/coordinating meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field

• 6+ years’ experience in a Graphic Design/Internal Communications role/storytelling

• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint

• 6+ years’ experience working on projects, campaigns with various stakeholders

• Ability to effectively work within an ambiguous, fast paced environment

• Ability to prioritize quickly changing work to align with deadlines

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with graphic design programs (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in pharma/biotechnology/life sciences

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in HR/ Management Consulting

• Experience in an Operations role
