    • Acts as the Pega platform expert within the team.
    • Assists in defining and driving the implementation of standards, technical architecture, and integration strategies.
  1. Marketing Application Setup:
    • Establishes the marketing application, including defining rulesets, access groups, roles, operators, and the security model.
    • Specifies and implements requirements related to the marketing application.
  1. Customer Class and Entity Design:
    • Designs and implements the customer class and associated entities within the Pega platform.
  1. Marketing and Decisioning Solution Architecture:
    • Drives the design of the architecture for marketing and decisioning solutions.
    • Addresses security considerations, decisioning data, events streaming, channel interfaces, file interfaces, and Interaction History.
  1. Platform Leadership and Best Practices:
    • Supports platform leadership within the Scrum team.
    • Develops, advocates for, and monitors adherence to best practices in development and implementation.
  1. Infrastructure Optimization:
    • Provides oversight and optimization of the infrastructure supporting the marketing and decisioning solutions.
    • Ensures that integrations between different components are efficient and effective.
  1. Operational Performance Monitoring:
    • Directs the establishment of operational performance monitoring mechanisms.
