Experience in managing the lifecycle of the project inclusive of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
Experience in collaboration with the vendor provided project manager, monitor and manage the health of the project and report status on a weekly and monthly basis.
Experience in project control documentation in alignment with the IT Department’s PMO, inclusive of risk, issue and decision logs.
Experience working with the project team to develop corrective action plans and change requests for scope, schedule, budget modifications, as appropriate.
Experience in producing agendas and work with the project team to develop presentations and workshop materials
Experience in working with the project team to engage stakeholders/partners in order to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.
Experience with drafting global communications, prepare/conduct briefings and meetings.
Experience in developing communication and training plans.
