Required Skills:

• Should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as business analyst.
• Should have knowledge in early drug discovery domain (5 + yrs experience)
• Should be well versed with In vivo and in vitro Assays.
• Should be able to communicate with scientists/business users to gather requirements, create BRD, FSD.
• Should be able to configure their assays in the existing IS systems.
• Should be able to do functional testing and manage UAT.
• Should be able to create user guide and train the users on the IS systems.
• Should be well versed with ISM, JIRA, Confluence and Miro.
• Should be well versed with Agile/ scaled agile process.
• Should be able to manage risks and able to present the status of all CRO onboarding to Amgen IS leadership team.
• Should have experience in LIMS system.
• Should be also to manage and report to client leadership and should track any new opportunities coming in the due course.
