10+ years of experience with customer facing communication skills;
Technical and hands on knowledge on Salesforce Architecture, understanding of data model, data mapping, data cleansing and ability to lead a team of data migration specialists, do hands-on and resolve technical challenges during development and migration.
Ability to plan and oversee the execution of data migration in to salesforce platforms.
