Project Role Description: Define Digital Architectural needs and Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them to an appropriate design and implement robust data solutions that drive business insights and strategy.. 
 

• Work Experience : · 10+ Years of experience in Data analysis, data designing and database architecting.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data architecture designs that support the organization's goals.
• Develop data models, diagrams, and documentation to effectively communicate data structures, relationships, and data flow across systems
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance data architecture solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability
• Define data integration strategies and work with developers to ensure efficient data movement between various sources and destinations
• Lead efforts to create and maintain data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and consistency
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize database performance, indexing strategies, and data storage solutions
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data management and architecture
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data architecture and analytics capabilities
• Participate in data-related projects, providing insights and recommendations on data architecture, design, and implementation

Technical Experience : 
 

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, with a strong track record of designing and implementing data solutions

Proficiency in data modeling techniques, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
 
In-depth knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), data warehousing, and ETL processes
 
Experience with modern data technologies, such as NoSQL databases, data lakes, and cloud-based data solutions.
 
Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
 
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data-related challenges
 
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 
Leadership qualities to guide and inspire cross-functional teams and drive data architecture initiatives.
 
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices is a plus
 
Relevant certifications in data architecture, database management, or related fields are advantageous.
 

• Professional Attributes : 10 Plus yr of exp in IT industry with minimum 5 years of experience in Data analysis, designing and architect.
