JOB DETAIL

Project Manager/ Core Avaya Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities of complex Voice and Contact Center Technology implementation projects to ensure that project deliverables are provided on time, within budget. Project Manager needs to have solid understanding of Voice and Contact Center technologies and terminologies, and how they integrate in an overall IT infrastructure. Does NOT need to be an engineer but should have overall IT background and understand the interdependencies between Voice and Contact Center technologies (i.e. Avaya, Genesys, Nice, etc).

 

MUst Have Skills : 

 

· Reviews projects to determine timelines cost limitations procedures needed technician requirements and resources necessary. Coordinates pick-up of the materials. Implements the work plan and assigns duties. Provides project reports for management.

 

· Client Satisfaction: Prioritize client needs and expectations, consistently delivering high-quality that meet or exceed client requirements. Maintain open communication with clients to understand their evolving needs.

· Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to maximize team productivity.

· Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges early, developing proactive mitigation plans to ensure project delivery remains on schedule. Minimize disruptions and adapt swiftly to changes.

 

· Timely Reporting: Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to both internal stakeholders and clients. Maintain transparency and manage expectations effectively.

 

· Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, controlling costs to ensure financial objectives are met. Efficiently allocate resources and seek cost-effective solutions.

 

Additional Skills Preferred:

  • Experience with Session Manager, AES, Design experience with Communication Manager.
  • Communications Manager DESIGN.
  • Enterprise Technical Consultant - Specialization in Core Voice Architecture and Integration (Avaya, Genesys, Microsoft Unified.
  • Experience with SIP (Avaya, Genesys, Carrier, Session Border Controller etc.).
  • Solid data background and understand VoIP and leveraging that data network for real-time communications.
  • Experience configuring voice/UC technologies
