To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects, and conducting reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities.
Fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline.
Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines. Ensure analysts adhere to SLA
Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economical manner.
Lead and ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines. Review functional and technical specification documents.
Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders.
Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates. Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.


Required Skills:

Experience of 12 to 15 years SD365 Customization, C# PLSQL/TSQL, Azure cloud, Developing overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements, Communicating on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
Direct and oversee local and offshore developers
Create technical estimations and gather technical requirements as needed Create and update design and functional documents
Hands-on experience with C#.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net, Web API with MVC, MVC.Net Proficient in User Controls, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, LINQ and RDLC.
Knowledge in working with DevExpress controls.
Hands-on experience in Banking software development.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
An iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds Perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required
Implement project applications according to specifications
Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high performing modules
Unit test code to ensure quality
Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate
Assist project managers and directors with the creation of task level project plans that detail the specific tasks required to deliver a solution
Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets
