Sr Project Manager position but they must be PMP Certified and have experience working with the public sector project with State of California specially with PAL framework as it's a California state project.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years of recent experience leading large cross-enterprise projects.
- PMP certification.
- Prior experience managing projects for a California state agency.
- Experience with Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process submission on a CA state project.
- Strong knowledge of Agile.
- Experience managing complex projects within organizations that involve ambiguity and is capable of creating structure to effectively handle them.
- Ability to engage individuals at all levels of an organization in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Energetic and collaborative with a proactive approach.
