Our client, located in Charlotte, NC is in need of a Python Development. The Team Lead will work onsite daily, joining a Billing Solutions team focused on the delivery of custom process automation solutions developed in Python and tied into CSG and Amdocs billing platforms. The Team Lead will serve as a hands-on mentor to junior developers on the team, and will be expected to coach and share knowledge as needed.

Required Skills:

• 10-15 years of overall programming experience, preferably w/ a combo of Java and Python
• Minimum 6 years developing in Python
• Experience developing applications from the ground up
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Experience developing customized process automation (not just standard UA or RPA)
• Working knowledge of either Teradata or Oracle on the database side, with strong knowledge in one of those two
• Experience working as a lead and/or mentoring junior developers
• Solid API integration experience
• Confluence, Jira

• STEM Degree
