This is onsite role based out of customer office in Portland ,OR USA. experience in managing mid-size Support and Development projects from customer site.

Sound Technical background with Java or .Net Development experience.
Integrate Program Management , PMP , Delivery Management , ITIL , SCRUM Master ,

Responsibilities
*       Commendable experience working with customer from onsite location and manage the delivery End to end from offshore /onsite team.
*       Demonstrates ability to work with Customer, system owners, technical teams, Cross functional teams to deliver the projects.
*       Lead Monthly Operations & Continuous Improvement reviews with client
*       Responsible for the relationship between Genpact and the client.
*       responsible for the relationship between Genpact and the client scope.

  Release Comments: need hands .net and Java Technical project manager.
