JOB DETAIL

6+ years of experience as a project manager of large and complex projects.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce core platform and other similar Clienteling or Marketing applications.
  • Experience using JIRA to track each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Direct experience operating within an Agile environment for project execution.
  • Ability to manage offshore teams and regional partners based in different time zones.
  • Ability to make data gathering specific and relevant to drive insights.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Ability to interact positively with a diverse group of individuals and recognize key stakeholders and develop tactics to effectively implement change.
  • Authentic curiosity and learning agility to deeply understand business needs.
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

Position Overview: Solid PM, E-commerce experience within the RETAIL domain is what the client is seeking!

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs towards successful delivery of outcome/product/capability.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution.
  • Utilize JIRA to track project sprints, backlog management and department roadmaps.
  • Partner with Regional IT to ensure regional adoption and readiness of product launch.
  • Partner with Service Desk to create Knowledge articles and knowledge transfer of application to help support BAU post launch.
  • Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies, and project plans.
  • Monitors, identifies, and responds to project risks while helping the project owners and sponsors prioritize risk mitigating actions.
  • Works with other project managers to coordinate interdependencies among the portfolio/program.
  • Ensures reporting cadence is followed and communication needs of the project/program are appropriately met.
