Our client, a top-tier Management and Strategy consulting firm is seeking a qualified Business Analyst/Project Manager for a top tier US Bank. The ideal candidate must have experience in working with cross-functional teams to document complex requirements in support of technology change initiatives within the global market.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Focus includes partnering with Corporate Treasury Liquidity Management, Global Markets and technology teams to document business requirements in support of complex technology change initiatives.

• Leverage Global Market product (derivatives, swaps, equities, etc.) expertise in the to analyze and document requirements, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.

• Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally.

• Identifies and manages program risk and issue resolution, driving root cause analysis and accountability.

• Removes obstacles and proactively challenges processes in order to ensure work gets done easily and decisions made quickly.

• Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.

• 3-5 years BA experience, with strong Global Markets product experience

• Strong financial services and global markets product (derivatives, swaps, equities, etc.) experience

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to document complex requirements in support of technology change initiatives.

• Experience partnering with enterprise project and change management standards, tools and methodologies.

• Strong business relationship management and communication skills

• Solid project management experience and/or PMP is a plus.
