The Senior Project must develop a plan of action to get a project completed, working in the PMO team to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions.
Provide project management for systems integrations for a large project.
Support PC&G group with project executive status reporting.
Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
Manage project risks and issues and maintain project documentation
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
Provide status reports in Smartsheet weekly
This position will partner with teams from the business, finance and information technology.
This position will involve managing a project plan, a budget, project risks and also a project team.
A senior project manager will also oversee the project management lifecycle process and also projects involving the Agile Scrum process.
Qualifications:
We are looking for people with 10 or more Years of experience in project management
At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects with full life-cycle management.
Bachelors’ degree is required
PMP certification is required, CSM is highly desirable.

Microsoft word, powerpoint, and excel proficiency
Executive presentations expertise
Smartsheet, or MS Project
IT Systems Lifecycle methodology
Agile Certifications and experience a plus.
Soft skills: leadership, integrity, accountability, compromise, emotional intelligence and the ability to negotiate and compromise. Must have strong verbal and written skills to schedule and conduct meetings and communicate with project team and stakeholders.
