As the Project Coordinator and Business Analyst, you will serve as the right hand to the Project Manager, playing a critical role in ensuring project success. This hybrid role involves coordinating project activities and leveraging business analysis skills to enhance project efficiency and deliverables. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a combination of project coordination and business analysis skills to contribute significantly to project success and enhance the overall project.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to coordinate and support project activities.

·        Utilize business analysis skills to shape documentation, packages, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

·        Conduct thorough analysis to contribute insights that enhance project decision-making.

·        Facilitate communication within the project team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.

·        Track project progress and milestones, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

·        Proven experience in project coordination and business analysis.

·        Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Proficient in business analysis techniques and tools.

·        Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic project environment.

Desired Skills/Experience:

·        Familiarity with project management methodologies.

·        Experience in shaping and managing project deliverables using business analysis techniques.
