o 7+ years of project management and business analyst experience, including tracking and planning projects.
o 5+ years of managing large complex software and infrastructure projects.
o Experience establishing business justification, project budget, track spend and communicate project spend rates.
o Experience working in a matrixed operating model and managing multiple stakeholders in IT and business.
o Strong communicator and collaborator. Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
o Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Preferred

Job Details
o Full project life cycle ownership: Develop and manage all aspects of project from estimating, planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
o Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across global leadership.
o Gather data and analyze business and user needs. Analyze complex business problems and work with IT Team to determine solution.
o Validate business solutions meet business requirements/intent as well as meeting technology direction and best practices. Partner with business units to fully document business requirements for project deliverables.
o Identify and resolve project issues.
o Define objectives and scope of business system.
o Work closely with resource managers and end users to manage project resources.
o Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
o Ability to resolve conflicting high-priority requirements.
o Ability to communicate the needs of others effectively.
o Build project communication plans and work with business leaders to organize change management plans.
