Must Haves:
* 8+ yrs IT/Engineering (looking for candidates 8-15 yrs overall xp)
* 5+ yrs of Cloud Architecture
* 5+ yrs of Kubernetes (Expert)
* 4-yr Technical Degree
* Hands-on proficiency in Go, Java or C#
* Extensive Helms Chart xp
* AWS Certification
* Prefer someone coming from Start-up, SaaS or Mid-size company exp.
