JOB DETAIL

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Experience designing and developing large, complex technical solutions using Salesforce and proficiency w/Salesforce admin tasks such as creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email svcs, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks
  • Experience translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs and perform application/data modeling for very large complex technical solutions using Salesforce platform
  • Design custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation according to application requirements
  • Experience analyzing customer service requirements and designing service solutions to meet those objectives
  • Design and build experience using Visualforce pages, lightning components, Apex classes, and Apex Triggers
  • Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations
  • Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals, clients, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Ability to establish and always maintain effective and professional working relationships with others in the course and scope of conducting business
