Managing with other functions to coordinate to other gates outside of normal finance requests
Upgrades for SAP for 2024-- how will they plan out the roadmap for 2024-- starting with these 4 roles right now

Went live 1 year ago-- trying to stabilize now, and finish up some work that'll be complete

Really bad at Change Management-- need to help bridge the gap with a lot of the change management
