- Salesforce Lighting experience is ideal (preferably with Public Sector Solution experience)
- How much coding experience is required for the developers:
- Sr. Level (4-5 years)
- Mid-level developer (3 years)
- How much experience is required for the Architect? 5-6 years with Salesforce Application Architect Certification preferred.
- Technical skills:
- Required: Apex, Omnistudio, Omniscript, SOQL
- Preferred (not required): Visualforce.
- Other technical requirements/preferences? Salesforce Mobile app
- Will the Architect role have any leadership responsibilities? no
- With the implementation underway:
- Will the architect be ensuring best practices are followed and solution is operating as expected? Yes
- Or are there any opportunities for planned design/implementation for additional features/services/departments the architect will handle in the future? yes
- Project they will support:
- Case management system. The cases are submitted through the public facing portal. There is also a Backoffice application that is accessed by the client.
- Information Records Portal - brings the features of license management and resources into one system. This system has a public portal (unauthenticated) to search and view details, users can setup ID and authenticate into the portal to renew their licenses or apply for new ones.
- Both the case management system and the licensing management system share the same Salesforce org.

- Any challenges expected – both the applications listed above will have enhancements, template updates, document migration to Salesforce, etc.
- Architect, senior developer, Mid-Level developer will support applications listed above and will work on release management, Project Management, security scans etc.
- Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in office and 3 days remote. No 100% remote option.
- Prefer no relocation (candidates should reside in an area where they can commute to Lansing 2x per week)
