Developing materials for Invesco Funds Board updates
Tracking, managing and supporting the activity to fulfil the deliverables for the SEC deadline
Managing project governance materials
Identifying and managing RAID log
Tracking and managing the overall project budget
Managing calendar of deliverables for regulatory deadlines
Organising and liaising with wider workstream leads to drive forward the project implementation timeline
Working with Project Sponsor to deliver in line with organisational aims
Qualifications
Minimum 10 -12 years job-related experience
Excellent organizational experience, professionalism, and time management skills
Effective analytical and presentation skills
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different audiences, such as management, stakeholders, users, SMEs, developers, and others
Ability to lead others to articulate additional possibly hidden needs
Ability to communicate and work effectively with both functional area experts and technical team members
Strong process analysis and documentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience of asset management
Ability to manage work on multiple activities with competing priorities
Experience with regulatory change programmes highly beneficial
