JOB DETAIL

  • Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
  • Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. 
  • Develops project plan and drives project milestones. 
  • Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. 
  • Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. 
  • Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. 
  • Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. 
  • Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. 
  • Leverage specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

 

 

Required Experience:

  • Certified Scum Master with current credentials. 
  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading a software development team actively applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Scaled Agile, Kanban) 
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP development work, specifically fixed assets/maintenance
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques: User Story creation, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. 
  • Advanced experience with Jira, Jira boards and Jira Align 
  • Prior experience managing custom development projects preferred, as well as experience managing large, complex projects with multiple work streams leveraging other scrum teams, leading combined communications across scrum teams and coordinating deliverables to avoid conflict/collisions with other teams and projects. 
  • Proven experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across multiple 3rd party vendors and/or system integrators. 
  • Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile (not a hard requirement but should certainly be familiar w/ and have experience)
