Ability to supervise a team, guide them on technical aspects and help them prioritize rollouts.
2+ years experience working patching team and familiar with Patching of servers.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels
Experience with cloud service is plus (AWS/Azure) and working with applications in Windows and Linux/Unix Environments.
Able to create and maintain reports related to support activities for management.
