- 8 years of professional experience working in information technology operations, support, or a related field.
- Experience working within or leading an operations team supporting an enterprise environment spanning multiple sites.
- Experience in the administration of enterprise applications, services, networks, and operating systems; enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system configuration management tools, operations management and system performance monitoring tools, directories, virtualization, application delivery, and endpoint management.
- Experience with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in maintaining a Windows infrastructure including Windows Server and Windows Workstation operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Windows powershell, and Windows group policy management.
- Experience with enterprise network administration, wireless services and core network services (DHCP, DNS)
- Experience managing Microsoft M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information systems, computer engineering or a related field.
- Experience managing WSUS, MDT, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Administration
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing a virtual machine infrastructure environment.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing performance monitoring platforms.
- Experience with identity management, managing identity providers, and enabling SSO and provisioning of accounts.
- Advanced experience designing, implementing and managing VMware technologies, including vSphere/ESX, VMware View, vCenter, and Site Recovery Manager
- Advanced experience troubleshooting ESX issues related to storage, network, and performance issues
- Advanced experience designing, implementing, and managing an Exchange Online email system and mail flow integrating with third-party service providers.
- Advanced experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft O365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
- Advanced experience with shell scripting: Windows PowerShell integrated scripting environment or similar.
- Advanced experience with enterprise network administration, wireless, and core network services including DHCP, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP.
