**Responsibilities:**

1. **Technical Leadership:**

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

2. **Full Stack Development:**

- Hands-on development experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, with proficiency in .NET, C#, and Angular.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

3. **Architecture and Design:**

- Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that align with project needs.

4. **Azure API Management (APIM):**

- Possess strong expertise in Azure API Management.

- Design, implement, and manage APIs within the Azure ecosystem.

- Ensure API security, scalability, and performance.

5. **Code Review and Quality Assurance:**

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

- Implement and enforce best practices for testing, continuous integration, and deployment.

6. **Collaboration and Communication:**

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

7. **Mentorship and Training:**

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the development team.
