• Experience with Visio diagrams for process flow documentation;
• Experience with Smartsheet;
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA): Project Management Institute (PMI);
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): International Institute of Business Analysis
(IIBA);
• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and other techniques;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizing existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve better outcomes;
• Monitor and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution aligns with user needs.
