JOB DETAIL

  • Develop and implement the overall testing strategy for automation and tooling including evaluating existing automation and tool capabilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure successful test automation implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test automation objectives.
  • Leverage automation to improve test execution and overall QA activities and processes
  • Reduce overall cycle time for regression suite of test scenarios and develop automation capabilities for progression suite of test scenarios
  • Implement frameworks to continually update regression suites based on new functionality introduced with each release.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation testing, with a focus on test automation to automate In-House applications.
  • Experience with Backend testing tools and frameworks.
  • Strong industry knowledge of automation, tooling, and AI for Quality Assurance
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop and execute successful automation roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Telecom background with provisioning, activation, and mediation platforms.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs.
  • Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation
  • Experience in Leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid onshore-offshore model to ensure successful implementation.
  • Good Knowledge in Defect Management, Defect Tracking and Defect Analysis
