Minimum of 8+ years of development with Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, Web service callouts, asynchronous methods
Preferred experience: Order Management System (OMS) knowledge of object/field relationships and architecture and expert-level knowledge of declarative automation including Salesforce Flows and Flows best practices/architecture
Experience and/or knowledge with MuleSoft integrations going from ERPs into Salesforce and vice versa
Third-party integrations with payment gateway applications
Able to manage and prioritize a number of tasks and project items
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators providing guidance, mentorship and hands-on technical leadership to ensure the successful delivery of Service Cloud/OMS projects
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative Service Cloud/OMS solutions that enhance Orders, Order Summaries and Order Fulfillment
Design and implement robust data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems, maintaining data accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with QA teams to conduct testing and ensure the quality, reliability and security of solutions within the Salesforce platform
Create and maintain documentation of development processes, configurations, and best practices for reference and future development efforts
Interpret business requirements and drive technical architecture specifications into robust, scalable solutions
Participates in the definition and adherence to design, development, testing methods and techniques that meet corporate and team IT standards
Familiar with source control/code repositories DevOps processes and best practices to ensure successful promotion of metadata through all environments (Gearset, Azure Devops, Git, etc.)
Estimate the design, development, testing and complexity leveraging story points and commitment to delivery of stories prioritized in a Sprint
Staying up-to-date with relevant and new Salesforce development tools and technologies
