JOB DETAIL

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience; 3+ years’ experience in managing large cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with project and program management and a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Extensive JIRA expertise including Agile methodologies as it relates to project management.
  • The ability to manage escalated situations. This person will be required to articulate needs to stakeholders and relay pertinent information to management under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding obstacles and develop plans to overcome them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with preference to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Experience presenting to management.
  • Experience with customer and sales flows in key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., SFDC, Adobe, etc.)

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Building Use Cases for new decisioning functionality and the impact to offer operations
  • Initiating milestones and timelines
  • Aligning people and a willingness to take action and follow through
  • Writing user stories
  • Developing comprehensive views that summarize activities for executive, marketing and technical leads
  • Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Perform technical evaluation of products.
  • Perform user story grooming, iteration planning and retrospectives as well as implementation activities.
  • Responsible for analyzing problems for the overall system (s) and program (s) while acting independently.
  • Work as a team member and provide technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on programs of varying complexity.
  • Ensure systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures.
  • Proactively communicate status reports and issues to the manager.
  • Telecom Experience a must.
