- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 or more years of relevant work experience; 3+ years’ experience in managing large cross-functional projects.
- Experience with project and program management and a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Extensive JIRA expertise including Agile methodologies as it relates to project management.
- The ability to manage escalated situations. This person will be required to articulate needs to stakeholders and relay pertinent information to management under tight deadlines.
- Understanding obstacles and develop plans to overcome them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms.
- Highly motivated self-starter with preference to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience presenting to management.
- Experience with customer and sales flows in key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., SFDC, Adobe, etc.)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building Use Cases for new decisioning functionality and the impact to offer operations
- Initiating milestones and timelines
- Aligning people and a willingness to take action and follow through
- Writing user stories
- Developing comprehensive views that summarize activities for executive, marketing and technical leads
- Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion
- Perform technical evaluation of products.
- Perform user story grooming, iteration planning and retrospectives as well as implementation activities.
- Responsible for analyzing problems for the overall system (s) and program (s) while acting independently.
- Work as a team member and provide technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on programs of varying complexity.
- Ensure systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures.
- Proactively communicate status reports and issues to the manager.
- Telecom Experience a must.
Nice to Have:
Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
