JOB DETAIL

This BA will partner with global stakeholders to identify and analyze needs and requirements, translating them into full deployment of WORKDAY and RECRUITING capabilities. Provide functional & technical Global HR Systems support focused on: Recruiting, Talent Management and other HR processes.

  • Prepare reports and data analysis using Workday, Excel, or other tools.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience
  • 1-2 years of HR and/or HRIS experience using & supporting WORKDAY and/or Talent Management
  • Global Experience
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Change management and process improvement experience

PLUSES

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or Information Systems
  • 2-3 years HRIS experience
  • 1-2 years Workday experience
  • 1-2 years Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool experience; Phenom People a plus

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Global HCM (Human Capital Management) and Workday experience
  • Competent /practical understanding of HR processes, policies, and data; general understanding of regional HR variations and customs
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in global HCM with concentration on Workday and CRM capabilities (support, employee experience, etc.) through a variety of methods, continuously growing knowledge of applications and tools. Actively participate in user group meetings/Industry forums. Thorough understanding of continuously evolving laws and regulations affecting HR and employee data.
  • Partner with Change Management Lead to create, coordinate and facilitate technical training and communications to support system go-live.
  • Evaluate support requests to determine requirements, feasibility, researches and identifies options.
