• IT work experience (3+ years);
• Systems analysis experience (2+ years);
• Experience with operating systems (MS 2016 or newer and Linux);
• Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and ITSM.
• Experience with relational databases with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with N‐Tier Architecture.
• Experience with large infrastructure systems.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodology.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);
• Experience with Service‐Oriented Architecture (web services);
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field, or equivalent work experience or relevant certifications.


Responsibilities

 include but are not limited to the following:
• Analyze, develop, modify, install, test, and maintain operating systems software;
• Evaluate vendor-supplied software packages and make recommendations to IT management;
• Manage Oracle and Microsoft (MS) Structured Query Language (SQL) server environments;
• Analyze system logs, identify potential issues with production application, and handle war-room situations;
• Monitor application interfaces and troubleshoot issues;
• Monitor servers and work with support to resolve production issues;
• Provide support to servers and services in the Azure platform, including provisioning, monitoring, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, patching, deployments, and other associated systems administration tasks;
• Monitor antivirus infrastructure scheduling periodic server security software updates and perform vulnerability remediation;
• Manage F5 load balancer, setting‐up virtual servers, pools, and nodes, and troubleshoot production issues;
• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes;
• Work in a team environment;
• Manage multiple tasks and small projects as well as service requests and incident resolution;
• Perform hardware maintenance where required;
• Install and prepare technical documentation for systems, applications, processes, and operational procedures;
• Follow Information Technology Service Manager (ITSM) processes;
• Execute disaster recovery procedures;
• Provide 24/7 on‐call support including weekend on‐call support.
