1. 8 years of experience with Peoplesoft HCM Systems Analyst/Business Analyst actively involved in complex implementations and upgrades.
2. 8 years of experience with gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, documenting business processes, developing functional specifications, creating test scripts, conduct testing, and developing training materials
3. 8 years of experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 HCM Time & Labor Module
4. 8 years of experience with as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation.
5. 8 years of experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 image upgrade project.
6. 8 years of experience with Meeting facilitation skills for conducting project related work sessions and other meetings.
7. 3 years of experience with working specifically on State of Texas PeopleSoft (known as CAPPS) for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, or with a CPA managed CAPPS Central agency, or with a CAPPS hub instance is required.
Desirable Skills:
1. 4 years of experience with Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2. 2 years of experience with designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher.
3. 2 years of experience with Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure.
4. 2 years of experience with Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
5. 2 years of experience with Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
6. 2 years of experience with Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams.
