Seasoned Scale professional architect. Need a proper architect to help LEAD the team, with experience as Architect.
Lead role and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Good communication skills.
Able to articulate issues & resolutions.  
Azure stack having developed in Spark on Synapse.
Programming language is Scala.  We do NOT want a Pyspark developer who thinks they can switch over to Scala.  
Able to support Scala desktop driven development, Know Object Oriented Programming.
Able to teach others best practices for OOP concepts & modularity & reusability of code.
Understand in depth about Scala & JAR files.  
Understand and be able to explain the JVM in depth
