• Demonstrate and must have a comprehensive understanding of operations on the AS/400 and AIX environments
• Execute scripts during and after business hours for Oracle, AIX, SQL, .Net, Web Services and Java software
• Troubleshoot P1, P2 middleware application related issues on the production environment by using WAS Logs on Unix 7.1 operating system setup.
• Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate system logs and system reporting data to produce daily status reports.
• Hardware experience includes IBM zSeries processors, IBM DS8000 storage arrays, and IBM TS7700 virtual tape grid with remote replication.
• Experience with zOS JCL, JCL Prep, .Net, Web Services, TSO/ISPF, Windows, Unix/Linux, CA-7, Control-M, and Mainframe (IBM zSeries).  
• Hands on experience in Tivoli Work Scheduler (TWS) administration
• Experience in troubleshooting of system fails, failed batch jobs, system errors, as needed to resume normal operations.
• Must Have Job scheduling (TWS) and coordination experience with Various IT stockholders for successful job maintenance.
• Must have a completed project in creation of batch jobs processing in TWS / IBM Workload scheduler
• Provide L1 or L2 support for TWS job monitoring.
• Install new IBM Scheduler agents upon business need and requests.
• Monitor the Health of all servers with IWS agents installed and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage IWS Scheduler 9.4
• Create and Maintain Operational run books for distributed batch operations.
• Addition/Modification of existing jobs
• Backup/Export/Dump of TWS / IWS
