• Experienced background in architecture processes, methodologies and solution design experience.
• Working knowledge of Architecture frameworks, standards and best practices of existing standards and technologies, and how to leverage for business needs.
• Must have breadth of IT knowledge including applications, infrastructure, strategy and planning, information management, business analytics, and provides guidance on architecture design and best practices

Interpersonal skills and teamwork:

• Strong communication capability both written and verbal with the ability to form relationships with project teams to provide influence and guidance with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across the IT function.  
• Proven ability to contribute effectively to a work team to achieve team goals.
• Strong background in IT Technologies:
• Background in application development lifecycle and understanding of technology and impact on solution design. 
• Ability to grasp new technologies and translate into business value.

Leadership:

• Demonstrated leadership, exhibiting organizational capabilities in strategic competencies.
• Ability to influence and drive enterprise change
• Experience with MS Azure, and GPIs is a must.
